The College Library of Sukanta Mahavidyalaya, Dhupguri, Jalpaiguri has taken this initiative, may be called "Open Learning Initiative during COVID-19 Pandemic" where syllabus of different subjects in different courses according to North Bengal University C.B.C.S. U.G. Curriculum are linked with Open Educational Resources and Open Access Resources available in the internet. During this pandemic, students can access these open access educational resources from their home according to the sub-topics of their respective syllabus. This initiative is a continuous process, and the college library will likely to continue this service in near future. Gradually, more O.E.R.s and Open Access resources will be adding up.
